One of the biggest tips I would give to any runner is DO NOT SKIP YOUR STRENGTH TRAINING!! Far too often I hear people start injury prevention work once they already experience pain, be proactive and get ahead of the game! Strength training for runners doesn’t have to be complicated, we all start somewhere and a short circuit like this is a great way to slowly build it into your weekly program!
